Three people were killed and three others were injured as a result of a drone attack The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on cars in the Kursk region. This was announced on May 5 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"This morning, near the village of Shchegolek in the Belovsky district on the border with the Bolshesoldatsky district, a Ukrainian FPV drone attacked a Lada Largus car. <...> Unfortunately, two women died as a result of the impact," Khinstein clarified in his Telegram channel.

It is specified that the injured man and two women will be taken to the Kursk regional hospital.

In addition, according to the acting governor, a 53-year-old driver was killed due to the dropping of another explosive device on a civilian car in the village of Zvannoye in the Glushkovsky district.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that two civilians in the Kherson region were injured as a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Residents of Alyosha and Velikiye Kopanye were injured. The injured were taken to medical facilities.
