Izvestia newspaper retains leadership in terms of citation among the media in March

Following the results of the first month of spring, Izvestia newspaper once again topped the TOP 10 most cited federal publications. This is evidenced by the data of the Medialogia company.

The citation index (CI) of the publication in March was 2,527.76, which is significantly higher than its closest competitors. The newspaper Kommersant is in second place (CI: 1,822.01), and Vedomosti is in third place (CI: 789.38).

"The leader of the rating in March among newspapers is Izvestia. Alexander Fedorchak, a correspondent for the Izvestia newspaper, died in the area of the SVO. This was reported in the publication. After the introduction of the law on self-prohibition of loans, fraudsters began to use it to deceive Russians, Izvestia reported," the report says.

Izvestia confirms its status as one of the most influential and sought-after media outlets in Russia, remaining at the center of the information agenda.

When calculating the rating, Russian federal media were taken into account, as well as online resources that cover federal and regional events.
