In the Leningrad region, a man on an electric scooter crashed into a passenger car and died. This was reported on Monday, May 5, by the 78 TV channel.

The fatal accident occurred the day before at about 22:20 on the 130 kilometer of the A-121 Sortavala highway. The 63-year-old moped driver did not give way to the Mazda moving along the main road. There was a collision.

The victim died on the spot from his injuries. It is known that the driver of a foreign car has been brought to administrative responsibility once over the past year.
