All roads have been opened to traffic in the Murmansk region

In the Murmansk region, all roads have been opened to traffic as usual. This was announced on Monday, May 5, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Transport.
So, on May 4, from 2:30 a.m., the passage for all types of transport from 1428 to 1510 km of the R-21 Kola highway was closed. We are talking about the section from the beach of Ura-Guba to the village of Sputnik.
Further, from 3:00, restrictions were imposed on the Kola — Serebryanskiye HPP road from 32 to 136+570 km and at the entrance to the village of Teriberka from zero to 38+260 km.
According to the Bi-Port news agency, restrictive measures were introduced due to adverse weather conditions.
Earlier it was reported that the spring flood in the Murmansk region will begin in the third decade of April – early May. By this time, an increase in the water content of rivers and an influx of water into reservoirs is expected.
