Three people were killed in a truck accident in St. Petersburg.

As a result of an accident with a parked truck in St. Petersburg, three people were killed. This was reported on May 5 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city and the region.

"According to preliminary data <...> the driver, driving a Hyundai Solaris car, lost control and hit a MAN truck parked at the right edge of the roadway without violating traffic regulations without a driver," the department's Telegram channel clarified.

According to preliminary information, as a result of the accident, the driver of the car and two of his passengers died at the scene, another passenger was hospitalized in serious condition.
