Rospatent has registered the trademark of the Immortal Regiment movement. This was announced on April 21 on the agency's website.
The emblem includes an image of a star, a figure of St. George and the corresponding inscription.
The application for registration was submitted on October 13, 2023, and the state registration took place on April 16, 2025. The trademark is owned by the All-Russian public civil and patriotic movement "Immortal Regiment of Russia".
As indicated in the registry, it is allowed to produce various goods under this sign, including toys, art products, tableware, clothing, accessories, as well as ammunition and cartridges.
The Immortal Regiment campaign is held annually on May 9 in honor of the participants of the Great Patriotic War (WWII). The initiative originated in 2007 in Tyumen under the name "Parade of Winners" and eventually became widespread in Russia and beyond.
On May 4, participants of the Immortal Regiment action marched in the uniforms of Soviet soldiers in Cologne on the eve of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Wartime songs were also performed at the event and a car rally was held.
