The lawyer recalled the fines for greenhouses with foundations in dachas

Owners of summer cottages can be fined if buildings with foundations that are not registered in the Federal Register are located on their territory. Lawyer Ilya Rusyaev warned about this on May 4.
"Baths, sheds, utility blocks and other structures are subject to the requirements, if they have a foundation," he said in an interview withLenta.ru ".
Also, a greenhouse will be considered one of such structures if it has a foundation and communication systems — these signs give grounds to include the building in the list of objects requiring registration, the expert explained.
The day before, Igor Pozdnyakov, director of the Consumer Protection Department of Roskachestvo, said that a fine could be imposed for growing certain types of plants on a garden plot. It is specified that the list of prohibited plants includes banisteriopsis kaapi, harmala, blue lotus, cat and others. It is forbidden to grow species containing narcotic compounds from mushrooms. Breeding of prohibited plants can result in a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles, and compulsory labor for up to 480 hours.
