The Pope bequeathed a "papamobile" for a mobile medical center in Gaza

The Papamobile, the pickup truck of Pope Francis, will be transformed into a mobile medical center for children in the Gaza Strip according to his last will. This was reported on Sunday, May 4, by the newspaper Corriere della Sera.
"The driver and doctors will drive the vehicle. Inside there is equipment for diagnosis and treatment, including rapid infection tests, suture kits, syringes and needles, oxygen canisters, vaccines and a refrigerator for medicines," the publication says.
With this will, Francis personally appealed to the Caritas Catholic Charitable Society in Jerusalem.
Earlier, on April 26, The Economist magazine wrote that before his death, the pope spent almost all the money from his personal account to pay off the mortgage of a Roman pasta factory located at a prison for juvenile prisoners. The publication noted that the pontiff has always been very sensitive to prisoners, urging the public to show as much mercy as possible towards those "who have made a mistake."
