Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has announced that two students will accompany him to the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow. This was announced on May 4 by the portal SME.sk with a link to the policy.

"Fico is going to Moscow for the celebrations. He also takes two students with him," the newspaper points out.

It is noted that Slovak deputies will also arrive in Russia, but they will not be part of the official delegation and they will have their own program.

On April 16, Fico announced that he would come to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, despite the prohibitions of the head of EU diplomacy, Kaya Kallas. He also pointed out his plans to lay a wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Soldier and take part in the march of the "Immortal Regiment" during his visit to the Russian Federation.
