Fragments of one of the Houthi ballistic missiles from Yemen fell on the territory of Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, causing tourists to panic. Footage from the scene is published on May 4 by Izvestia.

According to correspondent Nikita Kulyukhin, this is not the first time the Hoosiers have tried to get into this airport. The Israeli Army is currently conducting an investigation into the incident. As a result, at least eight people were injured.

"If a rocket had hit the plane, then many people could have died. According to Israel, they will receive a serious response to these actions. The country will not allow a threat to a strategic location, as Ben Gurion is the main airport of the state," he said.

Kulyukhin added that during the air raid and the fall of the ballistic missile, people were panicking. Many tourists who came from different countries of the world did not understand what was happening, as they were not used to the environment in which Israeli citizens have been living for decades.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv was closed for takeoffs and landings due to falling debris after an attempt by Israeli troops to intercept a missile from Yemen.
