Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is likely to be unable to attend Victory Day celebrations in Russia. This was reported by India Today magazine on May 3.

"Defense Minister Rajnath Singh may not attend the celebration of Victory Day in Russia on May 9 in Moscow," the publication says.

It is specified that his deputy Sanjay Seth may attend the event instead.
