The State Duma will consider simplifying the assignment of the title of "Labor Veteran" for defense industry workers

Yana Lantratova, head of the State Duma Committee for the Development of Civil Society, representing the Fair Russia — For Truth faction, proposed simplifying the teaching of the "Labor Veteran" category for specialists involved in the work of the military-industrial complex (MIC). She sent a corresponding appeal to the Minister of Labor Anton Kotyakov.

"It seems necessary to consider simplifying the procedure for assigning the category of "Labor Veteran" to defense industry specialists," RIA Novosti quoted a document on May 3.

It is noted that the decision will increase the social security of defense industry workers. In addition, the simplification of the assignment of the title of "Labor Veteran" will be able to increase the prestige of professions in the defense industry.
