The Ukrainian national ice hockey team failed to make it to the elite division of the World Cup (WCH), losing to England. The match took place on May 3 and ended with a score of 4:0.

As a result, Great Britain took the lead in the standings with 12 points. Italy is in second place with 10 points, and Ukraine is in third (9), Sport-Express clarifies.

The teams that occupy the first two lines receive tickets to the elite division of the World Cup. The championship will be held from 9 to 25 May in Sweden and Denmark.
