Israel urges Qatar to end the "double game" against Gaza and Hamas

Israel has called on the Qatari government to stop the "double game" against the Gaza Strip and the radical Palestinian movement Hamas. The corresponding statement was made on May 3 by the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the social network X (Ex. Twitter).
"It is time for Qatar to stop playing both sides with its two—faced talk and decide whether it is on the side of civilization or the barbarity of Hamas," the published message says.
Representatives of Israel also expressed confidence about the victory "in this just war by fair means."
On the same day, an Israeli Air Force strike on the southern Gaza Strip killed at least 17 people. According to the newspaper, there were three children among the dead.
On April 20, Netanyahu said that the country would not end the war in the Gaza Strip until it returned the hostages and destroyed Hamas. According to him, the radical movement demands an end to the war, the preservation of its power and the restoration of Gaza with the involvement of capital, which will allow it to rearm and prepare new attacks on Israelis.
