At least 13 people were injured at a free concert by rapper Samra in the Neukölln area in Berlin. This was reported on May 3 by the newspaper Der Tagesspiegel with reference to the fire department.

According to the newspaper, unknown persons sprayed tear gas at the event, after which a mass brawl took place. It is specified that about 2-3 thousand people came to the concert, which is several times more than the capacity of the hall of 700 visitors.

It is noted that four people were seriously injured, the victims were taken to medical institutions. The local police are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.

The parliament is ready to recommend to the government additional measures to protect visitors to concerts and matches.

Earlier, on March 16, at least 50 people died in a nightclub fire in the city of Kochani in Northern Macedonia. It was noted that pyrotechnics could be the cause of the fire.
