The media reported the cancellation of the Fico work program due to possible health problems.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico cancelled his work program several times at the last moment. This was announced on May 3 by the Tvnoviny portal.

According to the newspaper, the cancellation of events may be related to the health problems of the politician.

So, on May 1, the Slovak Prime Minister was supposed to attend Labor Day celebrations in the country, express solidarity with the workers by working the night shift at a bakery in the city of Nitra, and participate in the installation of a maypole in Velki Zaluzi, but the entire program was canceled.

"Although Robert Fico hosted the Hungarian Prime Minister [Viktor Orban] this week and also attended a government meeting, the reasons for the cancellation of other events could not be clarified," Tvnoviny points out.

Earlier that day, the RTS television company reported that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic fell ill during a visit to the United States, so it was decided to return back. Later, the media clarified that Vucic was hospitalized after arriving from the United States.
