The shelling of the Doctors Without Borders hospital (Medecins sans frontieres, MSF) in South Sudan has killed at least four people. This was reported on May 3 by The Seattle Times, citing a statement from the organization.

It is specified that the Doctors Without Borders clinic in the northern city of Stary Fangak is the only source of medical care for 40 thousand residents. The attack on her is a clear violation of international law, the organization stressed.

"As a result of the airstrike, at least four people were killed, including a nine—month-old baby. <...> At least 25 people were injured. <...> Significant damage was caused to the hospital pharmacy, and all medical supplies were destroyed," the newspaper writes.
