If the courts in the United States refuse to assist the government in deporting migrants, then the country in its current form has come to an end. This was announced on May 3 by US President Donald Trump on the Truth Social network.

"Could it be that judges do not allow the United States to deport criminals, including murderers, from our country back to where they came from? If that's the case, then our country as we know it is finished," Trump wrote.

According to him, American residents will have to start getting used to a life where there is a place for crime.

The day before, Trump proposed in the draft budget for 2026 to stop allocating $3.5 billion for migrant resettlement programs. It was noted that the funding allowed cities and states run by Democrats to transport and shelter illegal migrants, undermining the rule of law and weakening the internal security of the United States.

On March 16, the District of Columbia Court decided to temporarily stop mass deportations of migrants from the United States based on the 1798 Alien Enemies Act until the legal validity of its application is determined, as well as to deploy all flights with deportees on board.
