Sobyanin spoke about the creation of jobs through large-scale investment projects

Modern production facilities, technology parks, schools, sports complexes and medical facilities are being built in the territories of the capital where large-scale investment projects are being implemented, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.

"A total of 13 million square meters will be built. m of real estate. About 60,000 new jobs will be created at industrial facilities alone," he said.

According to the mayor, since 2016, more than 1.1 thousand hectares of land have been leased to investors as part of the IPM. At the same time, a preferential rate of 1 ruble per site per year has been in effect for production sites since 2022. In addition, the benefit coefficient for those who build industrial facilities has been increased from 0.7 to 0.8 as part of a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. "This will reduce costs and accelerate the implementation of high—tech industries in the capital," Sobyanin explained.

He stressed that the city creates favorable conditions for investors — as a result, the districts of the capital are steadily developing, and new jobs are emerging.
