In the Russian market of household chemicals, which is overloaded with tempting marketing offers, it is quite difficult to choose eco-friendly and safe products. Anastasia Lukina, the founder of AL'mix, spoke about the rules for choosing such funds in an interview with Gazeta.Ru».
"Real eco-friendly household chemicals should have a transparent composition: free of phosphates, chlorine, aggressive bleaches and synthetic dyes. Surfactants are preferably of plant origin — for example, from coconut or palm oil — and are necessarily biodegradable," she said.
At the same time, the preservatives in such products should be free of formaldehyde. And if natural perfumes cause allergies or irritation, it is better to replace them with artificial analogues.
During the production of hypoallergenic products, dermatological testing is carried out, especially with regard to the preservatives included in their composition — they exclude parabens and formaldehydes. However, even such chemicals can provoke an individual allergic reaction.
"To choose eco-friendly and hypoallergenic household chemicals, pay attention to the transparent composition: avoid phosphates, chlorine, aggressive bleaches and synthetic dyes, choose biodegradable surfactants of vegetable origin (for example, from coconut oil) and preservatives without formaldehyde. Hypoallergenic products should contain a minimum of ingredients — without strong fragrances (even natural ones) and optical brighteners," the specialist explained.
Earlier, on April 17, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia stopped the production of counterfeit household chemicals in the Tula region. According to preliminary data, the production was organized in a village within Tula. Seven people worked at the underground enterprise, who "by eye" mixed counterfeit cleaning and washing liquids, and subsequently poured them into containers and glued labels of well-known brands.
