On May 3, military personnel of the 56th separate special forces battalion of the 51st Guards Army told Izvestia about the fulfillment of tasks by FPV drone calculations in the area of a special military operation (SVO).

"We are currently working with the calculation of the FPV. The guys are in a fairly safe place, at a distance. You can work longer, you don't need to go directly to the attack site itself, and thus achieve the best result," correspondent Alexander Safiulin said.

The footage shows how a drone controlled by a Russian fighter drops ammunition on enemy positions. After the smoke has dispersed, the operator receives information about the impact results.

"If the target is available for kamikaze, all conditions allow, we can fly and practice kamikaze alone," said the commander of the FPV group with the call sign Tabol.

On May 2, the operators of FPV drones of the Zapad group of forces destroyed the repeaters of reconnaissance and attack drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Krasnolimansk area. It is specified that the objects were discovered using aerial reconnaissance equipment.
