In Odessa, a local resident was not allowed to lay flowers at the House of Trade Unions on Kulikovo Pole Square. She told Izvestia about this on Friday, May 2.

"I wanted to lay flowers today. <...> They forbade me. Why not, I do not know," the woman shared.

The second local resident reported that the reason could be an attack on a police officer with a firearm.
