The fire occurred at the largest oil refinery in Norway

A fire broke out at Norway's largest oil refinery in the city of Mongstad. This was reported on May 2 by the NRK TV channel with reference to the fire department.
"We received the message at 14:43 (local time, corresponds to 15:43 Moscow time. — Ed.). Then smoke started coming out of the transformer," said fire department spokesman Tore Fanebust.
According to him, a security zone has been set up outside the facility as usual. Two fire trucks were working at the scene. No injuries were reported.
At about 16:20 Moscow time, the fire services announced the elimination of the fire.
Earlier, on March 21, a fire broke out at an electrical substation supplying London Heathrow Airport, as a result of which the airport's power supply was cut off. The air harbor had to be temporarily closed. In addition, several thousand neighboring houses were without electricity.
