The Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) has launched an investigation into complaints of child abuse in a kindergarten in Chelyabinsk. The agency announced this on May 2.
"It is reported on social media that in one of the kindergartens in Chelyabinsk, educators use violence against minors," the agency said in a statement.
In addition, a video showing child abuse was posted online. In this regard, a procedural check has been launched, the progress and results of which will be informed by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin.
On January 6, a criminal case was opened into the abuse of an rhythmic gymnastics coach to pupils of the Olympic Reserve Sports School (SSHOR) No. 5 in the Vladimir region.
They became interested in the incident after a resident of Vladimir posted an appeal on social networks, where she spoke about the cruelty of the gymnastics section coach. The man regularly insulted children and used violence against them.
