Two people were injured in an accident involving a passenger bus and a car in Kirov

In Kirov, a passenger bus and a passenger car collided, as a result of which two people were injured. This was announced on May 2 by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kirov region.

It is specified that the accident occurred on Pavel Korchagin Street.

"As a result of the accident, the passenger of the car was trapped in the cabin. A guard on duty at the fire and rescue unit No. 5 named after Alexey Shabalin and Alexey Shirobokov arrived at the scene of the accident," the department's Telegram channel said.

The specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, using manual mechanized tools, removed the victim from the car and handed him over to the doctors. According to preliminary information, the bus driver also has injuries, he was sent to a medical facility.

According to the agency, traffic police officers are currently establishing the circumstances of the incident.
