In Amsterdam, one person was injured in a knife attack at a train station.

A man was injured in a knife attack at Amsterdam Central Station. This was reported by the Telegraaf newspaper on May 2.

"The stabbing incident occurred at about 5:45 a.m. (6:45 a.m. Moscow time. - Ed.). <...> The victim was taken to the hospital," the newspaper clarifies.

It is noted that the suspect was detained at the station by police officers. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

Earlier, on April 29, it was reported that a man killed a doctor at Krakow University Hospital in Poland with a knife. The attacker was arrested, he turned out to be a 35-year-old local resident.
