The IDF reported the interception of a Yemeni rocket fired at Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intercepted a missile fired towards the country from Yemen. This was announced on March 2 by the press service of the military department in the Telegram channel.

"After the sirens that sounded some time ago in several areas of Israel, a rocket launched from Yemen was intercepted," the publication says.

It is specified that the target was intercepted before entering Israeli airspace. At the same time, the sirens sounding in the country were turned on "in accordance with protocol."
