A bill on the integration of Russian Post with digital services, including Public Services, will be submitted to the State Duma (State Duma) in May-June. This was announced on May 1 by the head of the State Duma Committee on Property, a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Post, Sergey Gavrilov.

"The bill, which sets the direction for the qualitative transformation of Russian Post in the new conditions, will be submitted to the State Duma in May-June," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Gavrilov, the document offers a holistic model of interaction between the state, technology platforms and citizens.

As the deputy pointed out, thanks to the project, Russian Post will have the right to accept electronic payments without additional fees from credit institutions.

The agency's interlocutor added that the bill will provide more comfortable conditions for managing deliveries remotely, which is especially important for residents of sparsely populated or hard-to-reach places and for senders to such points.

Earlier, on April 28, it was reported that the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia are exploring the possibility of launching a CTP policy registration service at Gosuslugi. It is specified that in order to implement the service on the portal, it will be necessary to ensure regulatory regulation in terms of Federal Law No. 40-FZ dated 04/25/2002 "On Compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners."
