Motorized rifle units of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed two armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of Dyleevka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on Friday, May 2, by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Operators of FPV drones of the motorized rifle unit of the Southern Group of Forces destroyed a MaxxPro armored car manufactured in the USA and an Innovator manufactured in Ukraine in the area of the village of Dyleevka," the military department said in a statement.

It is specified that the Ukrainian militants tried to rotate their units at the front line. However, the intelligence Service of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) quickly discovered the intentions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After that, the Ukrainian equipment, along with its personnel, was destroyed by FPV attack drones.

Earlier, on April 30, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian FPV drone operators had attacked Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicles with personnel and disrupted enemy rotation in the Yuzhnodonets area of the Special military operation (SVO) zone.
