Baldo announced the continuation of the evacuation of those killed as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on Alyoshka

Rescuers continue to evacuate the bodies of dead civilians as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the town of Alyoshki in the Kherson region. This was announced on May 1 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, in the Telegram channel.

"In Alyoshki, the evacuation of the bodies of dead civilians from the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the market continues," he said.

It is clarified that the work of rescuers is complicated by Ukrainian FPV drones, which continue to fly in the area of attack.

"The dead and seriously injured are being carried out literally at gunpoint. Every departure is on the verge," Baldo said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on the market in Alyoshki, Kherson region, became known earlier that day. The governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, said that seven people were killed as a result of the Ukrainian attack. As the press service of the head of the Kherson region told Izvestia, the number of injured was 12 people, one of them died on the way to the hospital. The deputy chairman of the regional government, Serey Cherevko, clarified that about 30 drones took part in the strike. Three days of mourning were declared in the Alyoshka municipal district.

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case on the attack. The persons involved in the attack on the market in Alyoshki are already being identified. The Russian Foreign Ministry, in turn, called on the international community to strongly condemn the criminal action of the Kiev regime.
