The White House ruled out the participation of Russian companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine

Companies in any way connected with the Russian military-industrial complex (MIC) will not be allowed to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine. This was announced on Thursday, May 1, according to a statement from the White House.

"No state, company or person who financed or supplied the Russian military machine will be allowed to benefit from the reconstruction of Ukraine, including participation in projects supported by the fund," the message says.

According to the publication, the partnership between Washington and Kiev will be controlled by three representatives of each side. Within the framework of the reconstruction project, cooperation should ensure "the highest level of transparency and accountability" in order to maximize the benefits of the peoples of the two states.
