The Investigative Committee opened a case on the fact of the Ukrainian Armed Forces hitting the market in Alyoshki, Kherson region.

A criminal case was opened into a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a market in Alyoshki, Kherson region. This was announced on May 1 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.

"The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"), upon the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Kherson region," the department's Telegram channel said.

According to Petrenko, forensic examinations are currently underway, and the persons involved in the commission of this crime are being identified.
