Sobyanin congratulated Muscovites on Spring and Labor Day

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his Telegram channel congratulated the residents of the capital on the Holiday of Spring and Labor.

The mayor of the capital noted that on this day we traditionally honor people of labor and plan new things that will bring well-being to our families, the city, and the country.

"May the holiday in 2025 give us all a feeling of warmth and a great mood. I wish you, your family and friends good health, prosperity and success," wrote the mayor of the capital.

The mayor added that May 1 has been regarded by many generations of Muscovites as a holiday of justice and friendship dear to their hearts.

In Soviet times, International Workers' Solidarity Day was celebrated on May 1. In 1992, the holiday received a new name, the Holiday of Spring and Labor.
