In Japan, seven people were injured as a result of a car hitting a group of schoolchildren. This was reported on May 1 by the NHK TV channel.

They noted that the incident occurred near a local elementary school in the Nishinari district of Osaka.

"On the afternoon of the 1st, seven children were hit by a car near an elementary school. <...> It is assumed that all of them are elementary school students," the newspaper writes.

According to NHK, the victims were taken to a medical facility, six of them are conscious, the condition of another is being clarified.

In March, the newspaper Merkur.de She reported that a tram and a bus with children collided in Munich, Germany, and 11 people were injured in the accident, including nine children. A teacher and a bus driver are among the injured. All the injured were taken to the hospital.
