The oldest person on Earth, Brazilian nun Ina Canabarro Lucas, has died at the age of 116 years and 326 days. This was reported on Thursday, May 1, by the French TV channel BFMTV with reference to the religious community of the city of Porto Alegre.
Lucas was born on June 8, 1908 in the southern city of San Francesco d'Assisi. She was ordained a nun at the age of 26.
