UAV operators of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed an APU tank in the Zaporozhye area

The operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Vostok group of forces destroyed an M-55S tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Zaporizhia direction. This was announced on Thursday, May 1, by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"A soldier of the 35th combined arms army of the Vostok group of forces with the call sign Verba destroyed a Slovenian-made M—55S tank used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the ministry said.

It is specified that the target was discovered in a hangar near the city of Gulyai-Pole, Zaporizhia region. It took two precise UAV hits to completely destroy it.

So, the operator sent the first drone strike to the side of the armored vehicle, and the second to the aft part. As a result, the tank was completely destroyed.

Earlier, on April 28, the Russian Guard hit the Ukrainian Armed Forces ammunition depot in the Chernihiv region. The object was discovered during aerial surveillance. The warehouse was used by the militants to store ammunition.
