- The Immortal Regiment campaign was held before the Russian Cup match between Zenit and CSKA

The action "Immortal Regiment" was held on April 30 at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg before the match of the final of the Path of the Regions of the Russian Premier League (PRL) Cup of Russia between Zenit football club (FC) and CSKA.
Football players of both teams, referees and pupils of sports schools took to the stadium with photos of their relatives — veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WWII).
Before the start of the match, a minute of silence was observed in memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War.
Earlier that day, at the Russian Railways Arena stadium in Moscow, as part of a meeting between FC Lokomotiv and Rostov, an action "Immortal Regiment" was held, and after the match a patriotic flash mob was held to the song "Katyusha".
