The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) carried out strikes on five settlements of the Belgorod region. This was announced on the evening of April 30 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov in the Telegram channel.

"Fences and outbuildings were severed in six private households in the Belgorod region in the village of Maisky as a result of falling debris from a downed drone. The roof and glazing of one of the houses were damaged. A passenger car and a tractor were also cut by shrapnel," he said.

Attacks were also recorded in the village of Sobolevka in the Valuysky district, the village of Murom in the Shebekinsky district, and the village of Poroz in the Grayvoronsky district and Nechayevka in the Belgorod region.

Previously, there were no casualties as a result of the incident, the governor stressed. Information about the consequences of the attacks is currently being clarified.

Earlier, on April 28, a woman was injured in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result of the Ukrainian shelling, windows in a kindergarten were blown out. In the village of Rayskoye, an uninhabited house caught fire after being dropped from a drone. In addition, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in an unused school, but no injuries were recorded in this case.
