Shoigu linked Ukraine's use of terrorist methods to the initiative of the Russian Federation

The Ukrainian authorities resort to using terrorist methods when they see that Russia has a strategic initiative. This was announced on April 30 by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu.

"The Kiev regime uses NATO weapons <...> realizing that the strategic initiative on earth is in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces, the criminal Ukrainian leadership resorts to using terrorist methods," TASS quoted him as saying.

Shoigu also added that Kiev uses weapons to attack residential buildings. In addition, he commits political assassinations and uses civilians as human shields.
