Five people were injured when a car hit a crowd in the center of Copenhagen. This was reported on April 30 by the Danish TV channel TV2.

"Five people were injured as a result of a hit—and-run, as a result of which the driver fled the scene," the publication says.

According to the TV channel, the accident occurred after an elderly man lost control and drove into the summer veranda of the cafe. Emergency services are on site.

On April 26, a car crashed into a crowd at a street festival in Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver police said that, previously, hitting a car into a crowd was not a terrorist act.

Vancouver Police Chief Steve Rai said the death toll from a car hitting a crowd at the Lapu-Lapu festival has reached 11 people. The Canadian Global News channel, citing sources, clarified that there is a child among the victims of the accident. Six people were also injured.
