Sergunina invited everyone to join the Moscow Helps campaign

Visitors to the Moscow Victory Spring Festival, which takes place in the capital until May 11, can give gifts to participants of the special military operation (SVO), as well as children from new regions of Russia. This was announced by Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina, inviting everyone to join the action.

"Parcels are accepted in the pavilions of the Moscow Helps project at 28 festival venues. They also offer to send postcards with good wishes to the servicemen and congratulate them on May 9th," Sergunina said.

Most often, personal hygiene items, socks, large insoles, and tea treats are brought to the participants of the special operation. Children in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions are usually sent soft toys, construction kits, books, creative kits and sweets.

The collected items will be prepared for shipment by the capital's volunteers. As they note, the goods must be new, packaged and tagged.

The "Houses of Kindness" at the festival grounds are open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. Their addresses are listed on the promotion's website.
