The court found blogger and musician Akim Apachev guilty of illegally entering the city of Sudzha in the Kursk region at a time when the movement of civilians in this territory was prohibited by the decision of the headquarters. This was reported on April 30 in the press service of the judicial system of the region.

"The magistrate of the judicial district No. 1 of the city of Sudzha and the Sudzhansky district has considered an administrative offense case against blogger Akim Hasanov (alias Akim Apachev)," the department said in a statement posted on the VKontakte social network.

It is clarified that the ban on entry into the city was established on March 15, and the blogger visited it on the 20th of the month, when the restrictions were still in effect. Apachev was fined 2,000 rubles.

It is reported that the musician did not attend the meeting – his interests were represented by a lawyer.

On April 10, it became known that Apachev was found guilty of committing an administrative offense and fined 70 thousand rubles. According to the case file, the musician, while on the territory of Sudzha in the Kursk region, painted and wrote obscene language on the wall of a destroyed building.

On March 23, the Kursk region promised to fine musician Apachev after his trip to Suju. It was noted that residents of the region reacted negatively to the photos of the walls of destroyed buildings in Sudzha published in Apachev's Telegram channel. Such comments were followed by aggressive responses from the musician. On the same day, the lawyer confirmed the wrongdoing in Apachev's actions in Court.
