The most expensive trips of Russians on May holidays are named

OneTwoTrip, a travel planning service, told Izvestia on May 4 where Russians will spend the most time during the May holidays.

A family of four spent the most by planning a vacation in Dubai: Nine days in a five-star hotel with breakfast cost them 3,495,000 rubles.

In second place was an eight-day trip of a family of three, including a child, to Tokyo. In the Japanese capital, they booked a five-star hotel for 1,755,000 rubles.

Completing the top three is a May vacation in Turkey. Another company with two children — five people in total — is vacationing for five days in an all-inclusive format at a five-star Kemer hotel. Such a vacation cost them 1,438,000 rubles.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Energy canceled the recommendations not to visit it and not to sell tours there.

In Russia, a tourist paid a record 409,000 rubles for 12 days in Adler with his family. Four people, including two children, decided to relax in a four-star hotel with two meals a day.

A family of three and a child spent a little less than 11 days on vacation in Kaliningrad. Booking a four-star hotel with breakfast cost 378,000 rubles. In Esto-Sadka, a group of three adults with a child decided to spend 10 days in a five-star hotel with breakfast, spending 353,000 rubles on it.

Earlier, on February 23, OneTwoTrip told Izvestia about popular spring destinations. According to their information, Russians often choose Sochi, Lake Ladoga and Dagestan for recreation. Experts singled out Egypt, Japan and Turkey among the foreign destinations.
