The liberation of the Kursk region from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is a victory over pure evil. This was stated on April 30 by the head of the KDNR military delegation, Lieutenant General Pak Yong Il, during a speech at the III International Anti-Fascist Congress.

"The victorious completion of the operation to liberate the districts of the Kursk region is a victory of justice over pure evil," he said during a speech at the III International Anti—Fascist Congress.

According to him, this event is a new stage in history, which demonstrated the strong cooperation between the Russian Federation and the DPRK.
