In the city of Zelenokumsk, Stavropol Territory, nine citizens started a fight with police officers at a cemetery. This was announced on April 30 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

According to the agency, the police made a remark to a group of men for defiant behavior in a public place. In response, the violators showed aggression, ignored legal demands and inflicted bodily injuries on employees.

"Citizens did not respond to the repeated demands of police officers to stop illegal actions, and therefore physical force and special equipment were used against them," the Interior Ministry said.

As a result, nine people were detained and taken to the police department for trial. Administrative materials have been compiled against them under articles on disobedience to a police officer and minor hooliganism.

According to Telegram Channel 112, on the morning of April 29, dozens of gypsies gathered at Dormash cemetery and set tables near the graves. The noisy drinking sessions angered other cemetery visitors and they called the police.

Earlier, on March 16, football fans staged a mass brawl in Khimki near Moscow. A scuffle occurred between fans of football clubs Dynamo-2 and Kaluga. Eyewitnesses posted footage of the incident on social media. The video shows that about 20 people from each side took part in the brawl.
