The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) fined the National Non-Mining Company for failure to provide information, the service reported on May 30.

"The organization did not provide information on the reasons for the increase in prices for crushed stone, contrary to the reasoned request of the FAS of Russia," the FAS clarified.

During the monitoring process, the service discovered an increase in prices for crushed stone of the M 1000 brand and contacted JSC NOC with a request to provide information on the cost of production, price changes and the reasons for their growth from the company's branches in the Novosibirsk region.

JSC NOC did not provide the requested data, and therefore was found guilty of committing an administrative offense and fined.

Now, in addition to the previously requested information, the company is required to provide data on the production and sale of products for the period from January 2023, including enterprises that belong to the same group of persons. It is also necessary to provide a detailed justification for the increase in product prices in 2024-2025.

If the information is not provided, JSC "NOC" faces a repeated fine.

Earlier, on January 13, the FAS fined Alfa-Bank for improper advertising campaign with Yandex Food. It was reported that the joint advertisement was distributed on the air of federal TV channels. The video contained information that was attractive to consumers about accruing 50% cashback when paying for an order in the Yandex service with any bank card.
