Law enforcement officers detained three agents of the Ukrainian special services who were preparing an assassination attempt in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) on a soldier of a volunteer battalion. This was announced on April 30 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.
