In Zelenogorsk, police stopped a car with a nine-year-old boy at the wheel

In the city of Zelenogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers stopped a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV, the driver of which turned out to be a nine-year-old boy. This was announced on Wednesday, April 30, by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.

"Last Sunday, inspectors <...> stopped a Toyota Land Cruiser driven by a child. The boy's father was in the passenger seat," follows from the publication of the department in Telegram.

According to the student's parent, this is how he tried to teach his son how to drive.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the 56-year-old father under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Transfer of control of a vehicle to a person who obviously does not have the right to drive a vehicle"). Now he has to pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

The materials were also sent to the Juvenile Affairs Unit.

Earlier, on April 23, it was reported that in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a car driven by a teenager hit a concrete road fence, injuring a 17-year-old driver and killing his 16-year-old passenger.
