Kim Jong-un visited the construction team of the new destroyer Choe Hyun

On April 29, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un visited a team of workers who participated in the creation of a new destroyer for the country's navy, the Choe Hyun. This was reported on April 30 by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

"Comrade Kim Jong—un expressed confidence that the working staff of the Nampho Shipyard will continue to move forward more bravely as a proud creator building the future of our Navy, as a glorious pioneer in the modernization of the shipbuilding industry, and took a photo with him against the background of the destroyer Choe Hyun," the agency reports.

It is clarified that the North Korean leader stressed the trust that the ruling party has in the staff of the Nampho Shipyard.

On April 29, KCNA reported that representatives of the Korean People's Army (KPA) of the DPRK flew to Russia to participate in the 3rd International Anti-Fascist Conference. The delegation was accompanied at the Pyongyang International Airport by the military attache at the Russian Embassy in the DPRK.
