"[Biden] would come to the beach and fall asleep in seconds, I would toss and turn, thinking about how to defeat China, how to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. And he was falling asleep under the cameras," he said at a rally in Michigan. The broadcast of the performance was hosted by the FOX5 YouTube channel.
